Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Lead to provide project management, event planning, and administrative support across various programs and initiatives
- Lead a cross-functional team in the planning and delivery of new and existing program elements
- Lead the design and delivery of in-person and/or virtual events
- Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of content and engagement strategies and then execute against them
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management databases (i.e., Salesforce) and ensure that stakeholder information is regularly entered and updated
- Maintain financial records and, with the Program Director, ensure programs budgets are regularly reviewed and align with forecasts
- Schedule meetings and provide general coordination support as needed
- Provide advice and insight to project teams on program strategy and future growth opportunities
Key dimensions:
- Bachelor’s Degree with related experience or Master’s Degree with related experience.
- Provide guidance to others on a routine basis (1 or more Technologists + Co-op student)
- Assure timely execution of projects within budget. Take accountability for technical accuracy.
- Candidates should demonstrate scientific knowledge and technical writing ability and possess a familiarity with Regulatory Requirements.
- Project leadership (PL) or management (PM) experience and/or qualifications are recommended.

Job Description:
The role works on complex issues involving one or more technical areas, mentoring employees and performing tasks of advanced technical depth and breadth.
- Oversee the requirements gathering and analysis work of more junior Software Engineers.
- Evaluate detailed business, functional, and high-level technical requirements (including recovery, security, and audit).
- Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks.
- Participate in detailed product or system change estimates as well as for new product development.
- Design, Development/Coding & Testing (40%)
- Coordinate and conduct automated unit testing activities.
- Deliver quality code by following development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and code reviews, among others.
- Release & Change Management, Collaboration and Product Support (10%)
Key dimensions:
- Bachelor’s Degree with related experience or Master’s Degree with related experience or any related experience.
- Experience in Agile, Iterative and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). It’s an asset if you have experience with OpenShift/Azure, Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, or other Developer tools.
- Knowledge of Relational Database and SQL
- Hands on with Linux commands

Job Description:
Organize client facing meetings and coordinate communications with the company regarding development and test tasks.
- Participate in project management activities (e.g., SCRUMs) and perform as SCRUM Master when requested by Contractor PM;
- Lead requirements gathering and refinement and development of detailed requirements.
- Work with business sponsors in system development to define ITSM end-user roles and permission sets for system
- Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database
- Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedure, and decision flows;
- Define user stories, personas, user scenarios, product requirements & specifications
- Plan product roadmap, delivery phases, tracking project schedule and milestones
- Plan the approach, tools, and templates to be used, timelines and monitor performance for analysis work
- Track project deliverables and report to stakeholders
Key dimensions:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience or any related experience.
- Must have real-time experience in Software Development (Java, .NET etc.)
- Able to analyze data, write user stories, understand business processes
- Experience in working on Agile projects using JIRA to track requirements / stories
