Job Description:
  • Must have experience working with highly parallel computational hardware development.
  • Must be able to develop WBS/CWBS derived from SOW
  • Must be able to develop, maintain and analyze integrated master schedule, structured from a WBS of moderate size and complexity
  • Needs to be able to effectively lead planning meetings and communicate issues between technical and project management team leads
  • Activities may include: develop, maintain, analyze & status schedules, budget baseline planning, resource analysis, critical path analysis, baseline change requests, variance analysis
  • Provide assistance to Control Account Managers in development of scope, schedule and budget for control accounts • Provide assistance to Project Controls Team for monthly EVM reporting
  • Software development project experience desired
  • Strong resource management skills desired
  • PMP, EVP, PSP desired Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group is required.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in project management or any related experience.
  • Experience in agile methodology is an asset.

  • Develop all layers of our enterprise web application
  • Work in an agile development team environment
  • Work within a geographically disparate team with a mix of on/off shore developers
  • Troubleshooting software issues when support needs development intervention
  • Assist performing client support when needed
  • Developing applications and websites using the Microsoft stack
  • Experience with Visual Studio, and SSMS
  • Strong SQL development skills, including advanced T-SQL, stored procedures, functions
Qualifications:

  • Have hands-on technical working experience in resolving technical issues related to Windows 7/8/10 Operating Systems for PC’s & Macintosh iOS/macOS.
  • Demonstrate your technical working knowledge on all aspects of end-user computing, in order to deal with complex technical issues, which range from PC’s, Laptops, Tablets, Networking & Printers.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of how to troubleshoot application issues.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments per shipment schedule
  • Interface with Customer, production, Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing and suppliers to schedule purchase orders. Identify and react to short term material plans that do not meet customer requirements
  • Identify, analyze, and manage potential and actual issues and risks, take corrective action by tackling day-to-day issues.
  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
  • Expedite the flow of work within the scope of Business ethics and code of conduct.
  • Negotiation experience both with vendors and transportation
  • Organized, strong attention to detail and ability to handle stress/aggressive deadlines with ease
  • Manage freight surcharge requests and acquire approval to proceed on shipments from the warehouse/customer.
  • Accurate shipment entry into P21—VR>CR>PT> Voucher for payment with creation of appropriate invoicing (ship notice) and mill payment package folders.

Qualifications:

Job Description:

  • Develop and establish raw material purchased and finished goods production with supplier for all new & or items being discontinued, incorporating contingency supply, risks, liabilities, sales anomalies, recoveries & production failures to assure supply
  • Facilitate goods return, transport damage, claim, etc. by closely working with other functional teams
  • Track shipments with MEC Logistics team daily
  • Follow up with respective MEC teams and Suppliers when POs fall out of lead time
  • Track and expedite purchase orders by working with vendors, US and International logistic teams, and update the delivery dates in SAP on a real time basis
  • Build working relationship with vendors and other cross functional team members
  • Provide cost estimates on request to internal end users, for movement of goods to domestic /overseas destinations based upon use of appropriate carrier and modes of transport (Air, Ocean, Road and Rail)
  • Review material shortages and production schedules. Take immediate action to ensure material availability by potentially expediting
  • Monitor abnormal conditions and escalate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) abnormalities, concerns and crisis to management as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or any related field
  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office is an asset
